When will my order arrive?

We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Once your package is shipped, U.S. orders take 4-5 business days of transit. The estimated total delivery window is 7-9 business days.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, unaltered, unlaundered, and in its original packaging. There are no restocking fees. Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that 24-hour window, your order may already be in processing or transit. Please contact connectalphinea@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes.


What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

We want every customer to receive products in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item. Alphinea covers 100% of the return shipping costs and will provide a complete replacement or a full refund.


Do your products include warranties or guarantees?

Absolutely. All Alphinea products come with a 30-day quality assurance guarantee. If you experience an issue with your item within that timeframe, we will gladly replace or refund it in line with our Return Policy.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do! We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders with no minimum purchase required. Deliveries typically arrive in 7-9 business days total.


Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?

Why isn't my tracking number updating?

Once your order ships, it can sometimes take 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's system to update with the latest tracking information. If your tracking hasn't updated after a few days, please reach out to our team so we can look into it.
